Hi Everyone!
I realized that many of you are eager to find out more about my “mysterious” plans so I wanted to give you all a quick update.
As you probably figured out from my last post, I am switching gears in my life and this necessitates changes in my blogging schedule and content. The nature of what I am currently working on is requiring most of my time and effort and in order to do my best in my new venture, it will be best if I set aside my regular posting schedule here on Happy Lotus and publish posts whenever time allows.
Once everything is ready to be launched, I will share the details of my new venture with all of you. However, today I am being featured over at Evolving Beings and in that piece I talk a bit more about what is happening in my life at the moment.
Forgive me for the seeming appearance of keeping you in suspense. I wanted to share more about what is happening but then I recalled some previous experiences which reminded me that anytime I talked about something before it happened, the thing I talked about usually did not work out or something would happen which would contradict what I said. So I have come to believe that it is best to give all the details once everything is ready and in place.
Also, to be candid, this new venture is unlike anything that I have ever done. My life literally has changed in so many ways and it happened very fast. I am still absorbing it all. As a result, I need to process it all before I can write about it. There is a saying that Rome was not built in a day…the same is true for this project.

Great things usually take time….I sometimes like to refer to the saying “Rome wasn’t built in a day” (whether we like Rome or not – LOL) the point is that all too often we get so excited about new ventures and we want things now. I cannot tell you how many times I have been there.
But shortly this peace and serenity washes over me and I realize that in this moment all is where it needs to be, and I am sure it is the same for you.

I have found that if I go with the flow things have a better way of working out than when I try to force a particular outcome.
Sometimes the journey matters more than the destination. Unfortunately, many people are more focused on the destination which I understand. So it is all a process. A beautiful process.
I’m very excited for you, Nadia! I can recall the most exciting times of my life (though I think life is always exciting) and they’re usually when there’s change on the horizon. I think that there’s nothing more effective at revitalizing all our senses and making us feel truly alive than change.

In my mind, stagnation is like death and just keeps a person stuck. Change involves moving forward which is not only vital but beautiful too.

Sounds exciting! I am totally with you on the “don’t tell until it’s done” philosophy. I think both energetically and psychologically sometimes it is very important to ‘birth’ something in privacy. Looking forward to it-

I love the picture too because it speaks to what I have been going through on so many levels.
As for the power of silence, it is hard to keep our mouth shut when we have something to share. However, that is where wisdom comes into play. Sometimes it is best to not say much until everything is ready. May all go well with your new venture too.

I know what you meant here. In my opinion/view, it’s very true that “anytime we talk about something before it happened, the thing we talked about usually did not work out or something would happen which would contradict what you said”. — This way I am exactly like you!
Personally I believe that some bad/evil energy around us sucks our good energy and would contradict what you have (good) planned. So it’s best not to disclose before right time placed! Though, this is my personal feelings and it is possible that you and other people may not agree here.
I am so happy your plan is slowing materializing.

Nice to meet you. I looked at your site and saw how you were once a reclusive monk. I was too…well, not a monk but almost became a nun. It is always great to meet someone who walked a monastic path.
